Shipping & aftercare

Delivery & returns

We deliver MDF wall panelling across the UK from our Northampton base. Choose the delivery method that suits your order size, timeline and site access — from standard courier to pallet, personal vehicle or same-day courier.

How we deliver

Standard parcel delivery

Smaller orders and sample sheets are sent via trusted UK couriers. Typical transit is 2–4 working days after dispatch from Northampton. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Pallet delivery

Full sheets and larger orders are shipped on a pallet through a specialist network. This keeps panels flat, protected and easy to unload at your site. We will book a kerbside delivery slot and confirm the expected date.

Same-day and personal courier

For larger, urgent or time-sensitive orders we can arrange a personal vehicle or same-day courier. This is ideal when a fit-out date is fixed and a standard courier window will not work. Tell us your deadline and we will quote the best option.

Careful handling

All panels are wrapped and protected to avoid edge damage in transit. Pallet deliveries are strapped and sheeted; parcel deliveries use reinforced packaging sized to the panel thickness.

Delivery options explained

What is the difference between courier, pallet and personal vehicle delivery?

Standard courier is best for smaller orders and sample sheets that fit within parcel limits. Pallet delivery is used for full sheets and larger orders, keeping panels flat and protected on a strapped pallet. Personal vehicle or same-day courier is arranged when a standard transit window is too slow or when a fixed fit-out date means the panels must arrive at a specific time.

When should I choose pallet delivery?

Choose pallet delivery for full sheet sizes, high-volume orders or any panels that would be at risk of bending in a parcel network. Pallets are loaded and unloaded with a tail-lift or pump truck and are far safer for large MDF boards. We will book a kerbside delivery slot and confirm the date with you.

When is same-day courier available?

Same-day courier is available on urgent, time-sensitive orders, usually for larger quantities where a fit-out date is fixed and cannot slip. It is quoted case-by-case based on your postcode, order size and the collection window. Contact us as early as possible in the day so we can book a driver and confirm timing.

Can I choose a specific delivery date or time slot?

Pallet and personal-vehicle deliveries can usually be booked for a specific date. Time slots are not always guaranteed by third-party networks, but we can request morning or afternoon slots and pass your instructions to the driver. Same-day couriers can be booked for a specific collection and delivery window.

Do I need to help unload a pallet delivery?

Pallet deliveries are normally kerbside only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground using a tail-lift, but moving it beyond the kerb is your responsibility. Please make sure there is clear access for a lorry and let us know in advance if your site has restrictions such as narrow lanes, low bridges or limited turning space.

How long does delivery take after I place my order?

Most standard courier orders are delivered 2–4 working days after dispatch from Northampton. Pallet deliveries are usually 3–5 working days. Lead times can vary during busy periods, so we will confirm your expected delivery date before we start cutting.

Common delivery questions

Can I return my order?

Because most MDF panels are cut to order or made to your chosen specification, we cannot accept returns for bespoke or made-to-measure items. Standard stock items may be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition, within 14 days of delivery.

What if my panels arrive damaged?

If packaging or panels are visibly damaged on arrival, please sign for the delivery as damaged and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the affected panels. We will replace or refund confirmed transit damage quickly.

Can I cancel or change my order before dispatch?

If we have not yet started cutting your order, we can usually change the specification or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible — once cutting has begun, the material is bespoke and cannot be cancelled.

Do you deliver to the whole of the UK?

Yes. We deliver across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands. Remote and offshore addresses may need an additional lead time or a custom courier quote.

Need a specific delivery date or bespoke quote?

Tell us your site address, order size and deadline. We will recommend the most reliable delivery method and confirm lead times before you place an order.
