HOW DOES IT WORK?
Trade customers receive a unique account ID, allowing them to place orders directly through our website with ease. For large or bulk orders, we recommend contacting us via email to ensure you receive the best available rates tailored to your needs.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
First, go to our product page by clicking this link (Click Here).
Find the item you want, choose your options, and add it to your cart.
Then, go to checkout, enter your details, choose delivery or collection, and pick a payment method.
Once you pay, you’ll get a confirmation email – and your order is complete!
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Once the order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address which you have provided at check-out to let you know that we have your order.

CAN I AMEND OR ADD TO AN ORDER WHEN IT IS PROCESSING?
Order Amendments & Additions
We only allow changes to an order if it has not yet been produced and prepared for shipment.
However, you may add items to your order at any time before dispatch.
If you're adding items and would like to reduce the overall shipping cost, please contact us prior to purchase. We'll let you know whether the additional items affect the shipping charge or if your existing payment covers them.

DO YOU PRICE MATCH?
We can attempt to price match / beat the pricing of our competitors.

DO YOU OFFER PANEL FITTING SERVICES?
No,
We do not currently offer fitting services for these panels and would recommend contacting a local trusted carpenter or using one of our guides to fit / install the panels you purchase.

DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE SERVICES?
Absolutely,
We accept bespoke enquirires through our email all the time.
Please Note: We might not be able to produce what you're looking for and will be subject to our approval.
CAN I REQUEST A BESPOKE GROOVE SPACING?
We do offer the service to allow customers to request bespoke spacing between grooves.
We charge a single-time fee of £10 + VAT for this amendment and it would be best to contact us prior to placing an order to ensure that the request is processed.
CAN YOU PRODUCE THE SAME PANELS ON THICKER BOARDS?
It is a possibility,

WOULD THERE BE A BESPOKE SERVICE CHARGE?
Yes,
In most cases there will be a bespoke service charge, however it is dependant on the specification of your order.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TURN-AROUND?
We aim to have orders processed within a 3-5 working day timeframe.
If you require your items sooner or by a certain date, please contact us beforehand and we'll let you know the possibilties.
Please do not book any tradespeople until your order has arrived and been inspected. We cannot cover costs from delays or damaged deliveries.

DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?
Yes,
In most cases tracking information is provided, deliveries on personal-vehicles or with third-parties that don't have a tracking system will not issue tracking information, however we will aim to notify you as soon as possible when scheduling the shipment.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery is usually issued with a next-working day courier, however larger orders and orders to remote areas can be subject to a slightly longer delivery timeframe.
Large orders which are sent by a palletised service usually arrive after 2 working days.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Isle of Man and Remote parts of Scotland are usually up to 5 working days.
WHY IS DELIVERY NOT FREE?
MDF panels are large, heavy, and require special handling, which increases shipping costs compared to standard parcels.
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we invest in durable packaging materials and secure loading, which adds to the delivery cost.
Shipping rates continue to rise due to fuel prices and logistics fees. We aim to keep our prices transparent rather than hiding delivery costs in the product price.
Instead of inflating product prices to cover “free” delivery, we charge delivery separately so you only pay for what you need.
Delivery fees can vary significantly depending on your location, especially for remote or long-distance areas. Charging separately allows us to be more accurate and fair.
DO YOU DELIVER TO NORTHERN IRELAND?
Delivery to Northern Ireland is currently only available to registered businesses whom can provide an EORI Number for the shipment process.
WHICH COURIER'S DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?
We use a wide range of delivery companies due to the versatility and size of our parcels. I'll have a few listed below:
Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DX
For larger orders we usually opt to deliver these ourselves, however if we cannot make the trip. We will issue the delivery on a palletised service or with a trusted third-party.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
No,
We currently do not delivery internationally.
