At JustMDF Panels, a division of JustMDF Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality MDF products and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return eligible goods within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no explanation required.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receipt.

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned items.

Final Sale & Bespoke Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”

  • Bespoke or custom-made products, unless they are damaged or not as described

🛠️ In the case of bespoke or final sale items arriving damaged or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be issued, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Email us at sale@justmdf.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and packaging.

📌 Important:
If a damage claim is resolved through a refund or replacement, any additional or subsequent damage reported after this resolution will not be eligible for further compensation. It is essential to fully inspect your items upon delivery and report all visible damage immediately.

Refunds & Replacements

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Replacements will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
