At JustMDF Panels, operated by JustMDF Limited, we are committed to delivering our MDF wall panelling products efficiently and safely. Please review the information below regarding shipping and collection.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, including mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and the Isle of Man.

For delivery to remote or offshore areas, especially certain regions of Scotland and the Isles, please contact us at sale@justmdf.co.uk for a tailored quote.

2. Estimated Processing Time

  • The estimated processing time is 3–5 working days from order confirmation.

  • For bespoke or made-to-order panels, lead times may vary and will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Once dispatched, estimated delivery takes 1–3 working days, depending on location and courier scheduling.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • All orders are sent via trusted couriers or pallet services depending on size and weight.

  • Tracking details will be provided when your order is shipped, unless delivery is by personal vehicle or otherwise mentioned.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination.

  • The shipping charge displayed at checkout is a base estimate only.

  • Please note: Certain locations, especially remote areas of Scotland and surrounding regions, may incur additional delivery fees due to courier surcharges.

  • If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional cost. You’ll have the option to accept the revised charge or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

  • Ensure someone is available to accept and inspect the delivery.

  • Larger deliveries may arrive on pallets and require accessible vehicle access.

  • Missed deliveries may result in redelivery fees.

  • We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

  • Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

  • Bring your order confirmation and valid ID with you.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • You must report any damages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving or collecting your order.

  • Email sale@justmdf.co.uk with photos and your order number.

  • Claims made after this period may not be honoured.

  • Once a damage claim is resolved via refund or replacement, no further claims for that order will be accepted.

8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct during checkout.

  • Redelivery charges may apply for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
