JustMDF Panels provides users with a digital platform to browse and purchase high-quality MDF wall panelling products. All products are manufactured or sourced with attention to detail and are subject to quality control before dispatch.

4. Orders

By placing an order:

  • You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Payment methods accepted include debit/credit cards and PayPal.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

We reserve the right to refuse orders if:

  • Products are unavailable;

  • Payment cannot be authorised;

  • You do not meet our eligibility criteria;

  • There is an error in pricing or product description.

If your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If rejected, any payment will be refunded within 24–48 hours.

5. Bespoke Products

Some of our MDF wall panels are made to order or cut to specification. These bespoke items are non-refundable unless:

  • They arrive damaged (reported within 24 hours);

  • They are materially not as described.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery on eligible products.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • No restocking fees are charged.

  • Bespoke or final sale items are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
If a claim is approved and compensation issued (e.g., refund or replacement), no additional claims will be accepted for subsequent or previously unreported damage.

You must not:
